The Women in Construction Summit is an event hosted by the Department of Transport and Public Works. The summit will consider the implications of the National Construction Charter for the Western Cape and develop policy to increase the participation levels of women in the construction and property development sectors. A gala dinner will be held at the summit to present the awards for the first annual Western Cape Construction Women of the Year. The Women in Construction Summit will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from 21 - 22 August 2006. |
