Funding for Projects Promoting Heritage Resource Conservation
DESCRIPTION:
The National Heritage Resources Fund is a national heritage resources assistance programme. It is managed by the South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA). The programme provides grants or loans to approved community organisations or individuals for projects. Projects considered must promote heritage resource conservation or the protection of state heritage assets. In particular, projects that provide heritage resource management training and the inclusion of communities in the decision-making process will be favoured.
