The Western Cape Education Foundation (WCEF) is a public/private partnership between the WCED and interested parties in the private sector and civil society. The Foundation seeks to improve the quality of education in the Western Cape through joint projects, and by ensuring that the activities of all involved are closely aligned to shared objectives. |
