The Western Cape Education Department has launched a state-of-the-art Call Centre to improve the quality of support for teachers and officials employed by the department. Teaching and administrative staff can call the center regarding various personnel issues, such as service benefits and staff provisioning, salaries, performance management, policy implementation, misconduct, disputes and appeals and training. |
