Setting up and staging the World Cup will bring investment, development, infrastructure and social cohesion6. Public transport:
Develop safe, affordable and reliable ways for everyone to travel and to commute to work7. Property development:
Use our land wisely for sustainable development8. Expanded Public Works Programme:
Create better skills, more jobs and linking government and people9. A Home for All:
Everyone should feel that they 'belong' and are a valuable part of their Province10. Governance:
Improve the way we are governed to ensure accountable, responsive and united government for everyone11. Second economy:
Help the second economy to grow and become stronger so that there are more jobs, reducing poverty
