He will hold a meeting with community leaders and non-governmental organisations in Mossel Bay and later address the Hessequa Municipality's Africa Day banquet.
Community Safety MEC Leonard Ramatlakane will also be receiving 3 000 blankets from a factory in Atlantis, 1 000 of which will be a donation and 2 000 purchased by the Provincial Government.
