PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: OVERVIEW

This Office is responsible for rendering specific support services to the Director-General of the Provincial Government Western Cape. Its functions are to:

  • Render secretariat services to the Director-General.
  • Manage the Director-General's diary.
  • Handle logistical matters.
  • Handle liaison and communication between the Director-General and relevant role-players.
