Internet Access Point: Elim Primary School
DESCRIPTION:
  • Cape Access provides rural communities with access to ICTs via computer centres in local schools, multi-purpose centres and libraries. 45-minute session limit.
  • While the service is free, users are charged for printing and photocopying. A small maintenance fee is planned for 2006.
  • Free basic computer literacy training offered.
