OBJECTIVE:
 The Endorsement of Administrator/Province Property Titles

DESCRIPTION:

This process involves ensuring that properties registered in the name of the old Administrator of the Cape of Good Hope and Province of the Western Cape are now registered in the name of the Western Cape Provincial Government and the Western Cape Housing Development Board.

In cases where the property was held in trust by the Minister of Housing, Administrator or Province on behalf of the Local Authority, these properties will be endorsed from the Western Cape Provincial Government to the beneficiaries or Local Authority.
