INKCAZELO:	This is a capacity-building programme that aims to ensure that communities are willing to participate in community-based natural resource management through public participation, consultative meetings and workshops with key stakeholders, NGOs and CBOs and communities. This programme aims to promote and monitor biodiversity in the region.
