Premier Ebrahim Rasool, his wife Rosieda Shabodien, members of the Provincial Cabinet and Local Government representatives will attend the following Women's Day events tomorrow:

1. The Premier will open the "Technology for Women in Business" (TWIB) Conference and Awards Ceremony at the Cape Town International Convention Centre at 09h00. Other speakers will include the Deputy President Ms Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka; Minister Ms Lindiwe Hendricks [Minerals and Energy] and Deputy Minister Ms Lulu Xingwana [Minerals and Energy]. The theme of the day long conference is "Expanding Enterprise Horizons through Technology".

Two key rural Women's Day Imbizo events will also take place as follows on National Women's Day tomorrow:

2. Breede Valley Women's Imbizo, Premier speaks at 11h00 - Town Hall, High Street, Worcester, about 800 people are expected to attend.

3. Hermanus Womens Imbizo, Premier speaks at 14h00 - Zwelihle Community Hall, Hermanus, about 400 people attending.

These izImbizo are partnerships between the Provincial Government and local communities and the theme will be "Women talking about a Home for All".
