Eskom and the City of Cape Town will publish an integrated load shedding schedule informing electricity consumers across the Western Cape of when they could possibly experience load shedding. This approach has been taken to make access to the load shedding schedules easier.

The websites www.eskom.co.za and www.capetown.gov.za are updated regularly regarding any changes to the schedule.

Alternatively, customers may call the Eskom Contact Centre on 086 003 7566. Customers of the City of Cape Town should please contact the City's Call Centre regarding load shedding information on 0860 125 008.

Fault reporting for City of Cape Town customers is at 0860 125 001/2/3/4/5/6. City of Cape Town customers who are uncertain in which part of an area they reside in should contact the City of Cape Town on 0860 125 008.
